Every meal is prepared fresh with quality ingredients and specific to each group’s specific needs and requests. Comfort food is our specialty, but we know that simply means food that makes you feel good! Whether you are looking for home-style cooking like Grandma used to make…or something a little more health-focused, we can do that!

Every meal is planned with nutritional guidelines in mind and buffet style lunch and dinner always begins with our fully stocked salad bar; including a variety of greens, fresh vegetables and condiments. These days, most groups include individuals with a variety of special diet needs. Our Food Services Manager is excellent at going the extra mile to create delicious and filling meal options for most special diet needs, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and more.
